We currently offer a collection only service. Our collection days will be Monday - Friday only.
You can collect your Firexo order during office hours which are as follows:
Wallington Head Office:
Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:00
Leighton Buzzard Office
Monday & Friday: 09:00 - 17:00
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 10:00 - 15:00
We do not currently process orders or offer collections on Saturdays or Sundays.

Shipping in Europe
We are not currently shipping to Europe.
Returns
The best way to inform us of a product you would like to return is via email at info@capitalresponse.co.uk You can also visit our Contact Page form and email us there too.
Whilst you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.
The products must be unopened/unused and must be returned in its original form.
They must be in a saleable condition, we can not offer refunds or exchanges on items that are not re-saleable.
You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have requested the item to be returned.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:
- Bespoke items
- Gift vouchers
- Downloadable items
- Items bought on Sale
It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of the return shipping if you are returning from outside of the UK.
You have a maximum of 14 days from date of purchase to make returns, after this period we are unable to accept returns.
Refunds
Once your item/s have been returned to us, we will carry out an inspection on the products. If your returned item is satisfactory we will process the amount to be credited back to you via the method of payment you used to pay for the item. Any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible..
