All our installations comply with insurance company requirements and local ACPO police policies. As an SSAIB-approved installer, we ensure every system meets the current British Standards for reliability and performance.

We also offer 24-hour monitoring from our central station, with Police Response (where approved), full maintenance, and periodic servicing. Customers with maintenance contracts benefit from 24-hour technical support, giving you complete peace of mind and round-the-clock protection.

Our Central Monitoring Station

We are proud to work in partnership with East Midlands Central Station, the largest, truly independent Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) in the United Kingdom. Operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, their highly trained team can provide constant monitoring and rapid response, ensuring that every Capital Response customer benefits from the highest level of protection and peace of mind.

Our approved fire and intruder alarm systems can be linked directly to our 24/7 central monitoring station using either the CSL DualCom system or a Digital Communicator for fast and reliable alarm transmission.

CSL is a trusted leader in alarm signalling, providing dual-path communication that combines mobile wireless networks with IP broadband for enhanced resilience and reliability. These systems are designed to adapt to future changes in network technology, ensuring consistent protection and flexibility to meet your evolving security needs.
